I bought a spinning wheel in August and ah I just love string!! Got through the mystery protein fibres (brown and black) I picked up back in the spring, and the Shropshire roving (white) I got at the fibre convention in the summer. The skein I made plying the two is janky af and I love it. Pics later. Next step is cleaning and combing out the dog fur I collected over the summer. Going to try blending some of it with milkweed silk if I can collect enough pods this weekend.

I am also learning how to knit, just for fun, and I’ll say it again - I love string!!
